This year’s festival will be the 25th annual “First Night Fullerton”. The night is 100% family-oriented, alcohol-free, and it takes place in Downtown Fullerton on Harbor Blvd., Pomona Ave., and Wilshire Ave. The night includes stage performances by a variety of bands, roaming entertainment, games, food, zip lining and more. Stick around till midnight and catch the fireworks to ring in the New Year!

It’s midnight somewhere! Pretend City Children’s Museum will be celebrating Noon Years for the kids on New Years Eve. There will be a confetti countdown 4 different times to celebrate the new year in Bangladesh, Dubai, Athens, and London, as it turns to midnight in these different cities. Kids will also be celebrating by crafting their own noisemakers and party hats plus learning the basics of how to tell time.

The 16th Annual Surf City Splash is a fundraiser for the Huntington Beach International Surfing Museum and a fun way to ring in the New Year with the whole family. The morning begins with a pancake breakfast at 9AM and at high noon, all participants will dash through the Sponsors’ banner into the ocean to start 2017 with a splash – literally! Tons of frosty snow will be delivered to the park to enable youngsters to sled, make snow people, and have old-fashioned snowball battles. Children are advised to wear warm clothes and gloves. Admission is $15 per person for Fullerton residents and $10 for non-residents. The fun will also include a blast zone, crafts and games for the kids.
